The staff was very nice and I had lunch at the restaurant in the lobby and enjoyed it. The value for the hotel was great.

The receptionist was very helpful fixing a mistake I had made with wrong dates on my (non-refundable) booking. The manager accepted the change with no extra charge. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Metro station and the Bernabeu Stadion. It is a bit tricky to find the right path through the high rise buildings. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful from a buffet. We did not use the roof-top pool with great views over the surroundings, but we could have enjoyed it. It is certainly a gem.

Lovely hotel, would definitely recommend and stay again. Room, facilities and staff were all great. Good selection available at breakfast, room very comfortable (with very efficient blackout curtains!) and the rooftop pool/bar is a fantastic perk - the perfect way to end a long day at work!

The hotel is superb, really nice staff and facilities. The gym is well equipped, the pool is decent size and has good structure, with an amazing view of the city. The rooms are great, super comfy and good dimensions, they have all you need there, and great shower. The staff is super courteous, they allowed me to early check-in without issues and they gave me some transportation tips. Everything I needed to ask or solve was done in minutes. Also, the restaurant is great if you're ok with the price (definitely higher than Madrid prices). Location is nice depending on what you want, you have some good restaurants nearby and santiago bernabeu is just in the corner.

Absolutely recommend this hotel as everything was perfect during our stay! The hotel personel was very kind and much helpful, from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. We also arrived unnannounced three hours prior to our check-in as we simply wanted to drop our luggage before taking a walk in the city, but the staff informed us that we could already proceed to the registration and access our room with no extra charge as the room was already prepared for us. What an amazing service and great help! In addition to that, the room was highly comfortable and clean, all necessary amenities were there, the pool/terrace were remarkable, and the hotel was well located as close to different metro stations. We will 100% stay there again for our next holidays in Madrid!

Wonderful position in the Finance area. Easy access to the city centre and what a centre it is! Rooms are stunningly, staff professional, friendly and helpful. Breakfast frankly ridiculous - never know such choice and in a spacious and relaxing room. Parking directly under hotel. Public but seemed secure. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the immediate area. Thumbs up from me.

Loved how friendly the staff was, good location and very comfortable bed, loved the fact that you can get cool filtered water from the rooms hallway for free.

Great room size, loved the closing door so the bedroom feels cosier and it blocks out any noise from the corridor - so very quiet at night. All very clean. Location is away from the city centre so it's more peaceful (bonus) but the metro system is a short walk away and very easy to get around.
